Tee Media offers installments for all of our Graphic Design
services. Clients must note that all payments are non-refundable.
"If the (the “Company”) is unable to deliver (“Branding, and/or other content”) to unforeseen circumstances such as technological malfunctions, loss of data due to catastrophic event, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of the content creator, Liability shall be limited to the amount equal to the initial deposit payment (“up to 50% deposit”)."
Tee Media can be reached via email and Wix chat. If matters are more severe, Tee Media will contact the client via the number provided on their user profile.
Tee Media typically answers any and all forms of communication within 12-24 hours. Please note that we are closed for all HOLIDAYS.
Please be sure to check the turnaround timeframe for any and all services. Custom rebranding packages will follow upon a delivery schedule set by Tee Media and the client.
Please alert Tee Media if a paid service is a rush order, AFTER you have paid the $25 rush order fee.
For custom rebranding packages clients are HIGHLY recommended to book a consultation call. The call will help Tee Media advise your inquiry properly.
Consultation calls are $25 and are WAIVED ONLY IF the client goes through with booking the Graphic Design services.
